* Get Julia up, make her lunch, make her breakfast, make her review her spelling words
* Monitor Julia while she picks out clothes to wear, brushes her teeth and hair
* Put diapers on to wash
* Remind Kim to eat/wash/brush as well
* Have a shower, get myself fed and dressed, get Charlotte up/fed/changed/dressed

I ask myself, "Why am I so tired?  Why am I stressed and frazzled?  Why am I soooo behind in my school work and housework?"

As soon as my eyes opened this morning at 5:20, my mind took off and left me in the dust.  All of a sudden I feel a real urgency to finish my to-do lists, even as I add to them.  So for my own peace of mind....

* email Dina travel information, address of where we'll be for the birth, etc.

With Julia at school today I wanted to tackle some school work.  Instead, my house has kidnapped me!

A crunchy kitchen floor, mountains of laundry, sticky dishes, and toothpaste-polka-dotted bathroom sink - they have taken me captive and refuse to release me until they are attended to.

After my waaaay early start, I got sleepy again around 5 am, went back to bed and slept until 7:30 or so.  By 8 am, I had started my FINAL bake-a-thon.  I made the icing to decorate my chocolate tree cakes (tomorrow) and then I carried on baking more goodies for Christmas gifts and the bake sale.

I've been in the kitchen all day.  Literally.  I started at 8 am and just finished everything now, at 5 pm.  I love to bake for Christmas so that I can make care packages for friends and families as gifts.  As soon as things are baked, they go in the freezer so that they are safe from sneaky fingers!
